TOREX XC6366系列內(nèi)嵌高速低通態(tài)電阻驅(qū)動器的通用型高頻率降壓DC/DC控制器集成電路。應(yīng)用晶體管,電感線圈,二極管和電容器共4種外接器件,可搭建輸出電流為1A之上高效化降壓DC/DC轉(zhuǎn)換器。
XC6366系列降壓DC/DC控制器能夠在1.5V~6.0V(精密度±2.5%)范圍之內(nèi),以0.1V的間距實現(xiàn)設(shè)置(VOUT型)。而且,除去VOUT型之外,還具有內(nèi)嵌1.0V的基準電壓源,能夠外接器件隨意設(shè)置輸出電壓的型號規(guī)格(FB型)。
因開關(guān)頻率高至300kHz,可以使用中小型外接器件。XC6366系列降壓DC/DC控制器在小負載時,PWM/PFM切換控制型XC6366系列以PFM作業(yè)形式進行工作。因此,在從小負載到大輸出電流的整體負載范圍之內(nèi),實現(xiàn)高效化。
XC6366系列降壓DC/DC控制器軟啟動時間段有,在設(shè)備設(shè)置為10ms的型號規(guī)格(A,B型),及其適用外接電阻和電容器進行優(yōu)化的的型號規(guī)格(C,D型)。
XC6366系列降壓DC/DC控制器應(yīng)用待機性能,可停止運行使電流量損耗實現(xiàn)0.5μA以下(CE端"L")。
XC6366系列降壓DC/DC控制器內(nèi)嵌UVLO性能,當輸入電壓在正常電流電壓以下時,會強制性的把外接晶體管切斷。
